How to Book

To book your party call 905.306.6158. Bookings must be made at least 10 days prior to the party date and are subject to instructor and studio availability. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Confirmation/Terms
You will receive a party contract once you have confirmed your booking. The contract will outline the number of guests, the cost and the time of your party. A 50% deposit of your party fee must be paid in advance to confirm your booking. The balance is due on the date of the party. Payment accepted by cheque made out to The Living Arts Centre or by credit card.

Cancellations
Cancellation must be made one week prior to the party. Cancellations made less than one week before will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee,plus 25% of the party fee.
