Our preschool, family and children's courses and workshops are a perfect way to introduce your child to the arts and help them express their creativity.

Glass Hands and Feet Workshop Create a glass cast from the imprint of your child's hand or foot in sand and make a timeless memento or unique gift! Family Sundays Sunday is family day at the Living Arts Centre! Bring your entire family and experience fun, quality time together! Each week, you'll collaborate on new and exciting visual art projects while exploring a variety of creative themes and materials. New projects every session. Register Today! Children 2 - 12 years. Each week, you'll learn basic techniques in hand-building forms out of clay while sculpting a variety of decorative and functional pottery. Clay Creations Discover the magic of ceramics in this introduction to clay. Learn to make coiled and pinch pots, sculptures and functional objects from masks and tiles to a cookie jar or soap dish. Saturday Pottery Explore the creative possibilities of clay! Roll up your sleeves and get ready to create coil, slab and pinch pots,and learn how to throw bowls on the potter's wheel. In the Spotlight: Musical Theatre for Children Discover the magic of live theatre! Learn to sing and dance while performing scenes from some of the most famous musicals of our time. The course will work towards a stage production, and young actors will perform songs and original choreography for family and friends in our RBC Theatre. Register Today! Children 9 - 12 years.
